You must send your request by email to our agency. A company Travel Expert will send you an itinerary with the rate, discuss with you for any modification you wish to apply and finalize the arrangements.
For final confirmation, you must confirm these details and pay the deposit, to Abouelhoul Tours & Travel by wire transfer or credit / debit card (Visa and MasterCard, both are accepted).
We are offering a low down payment of just 30% to secure your spaces on the tour including all services you have requested, except during Christmas New Year’s Season where 50% will be require. The remaining balance can be paid up to three weeks prior to your arrival date, therefore, your booking will be a risk-free investment.
When paying by credit card, an extra charge fees of 3 % will be apply by the bank
Abouelhoul Tours & Travel offers you a new payment plan that allows you to pay your vacation in monthly installments.
You will pay an agreed upon amount every month, determined by the total cost of the tour booked to pay the deposit in monthly installments leading up to your arrival. The remaining balance can be paid up to two weeks prior to your arrival date.
Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability. No administrative fees will be applied except on changes to tickets for air & train travel.
Usual Conditions > Cancellation requests should be emailed to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt & train. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline & train’s cancellation policy.
