Tour Program

Day 1Welcome to Israel

Arrive at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport where you will be met by our a representative. Transfer to accommodation in Tel Aviv.

Day 2Tour of Tel Aviv and Caesarea

We will begin our tour in the old city of Jaffa, where we will walk in the picturesque alleys. Pass by the house of Simon the Tanner and marvel at the views from the top of a hill.

From Jaffa, we will drive to Caesarea and explore the ancient ruins. We will then visit Megiddo where the book of Revelations mentions a great battle at the place called “Armageddon.”

After having some time to explore, we will continue north to the Sea of Galilee. Overnight accommodations in Tiberius.

Day 3Sea of Galilee

Tour Tiberius, where Jesus lived and preached on the shores of the Sea of Galilee. From here we will continue to Capernaum, the center of Jesus’s ministry.

Next we will visit Tabgha, the site of Christ’s miracle feeding of the 5,000, as well as the Church of the Multiplication. Drive to the Mount of Beatitudes, which overlooks the Sea where Jesus preached the “Sermon on the Mount.”

We will continue on to the Golan Heights and enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Hermon and the Hula Valley. Overnight accommodations in Tiberius.

Day 4Nazareth and Beit Shean

Travel to Cana to visit the Wedding Church where Jesus turned water into wine. Next, we will continue to Nazareth and visit the Church of Annunciation, Mary’s Well, and Joseph’s Church.

Drive through the Jordan Valley to Beit Shean and visit the beautifully preserved Roman City destroyed by an earthquake. Transfer and overnight accommodations in Jerusalem.

Day 5Masada & Dead Sea

Through remarkable scenery of the Dead Sea we continue to Masada which is situated on an isolated cliff in the Judean Desert. The site was declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001. Ascend by cable car to the fortress, which was the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots in their war against the Romans. Visit the excavations, King Herod’s palace, the synagogue, bathhouse and much more.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Roman camps and the Dead Sea. En route to the Dead Sea, you will see the site of the Qumran Caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Nearly 1,300 feet below sea level, the Dead Sea is the lowest point on the earth’s surface. Bring your swimsuit as if weather permits it’s possible to “float” on the salty, mineral rich, water.

Day 6The Old City of Jerusalem

We will visit the Old City and discover the Western Wall and the Temple Mount. We will take a traditional walk on the Way of the Cross, the Via Dolorosa, towards the Calvary and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

Continue to Mount Zion, where we will visit the traditional tomb of King David and the room of the Last Supper.

Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 7The New City of Jerusalem and Bethlehem

The day will begin a visit to Yad Vashem, a museum commemorating the victims of the Holocaust.

Afterwards, we will stop at EinKarem, a beautiful village on the outskirts of Jerusalem. According to tradition, John the Baptist was born here.

Next stop is at the Israel Museum, where we will see a detailed model of Jerusalem from the time of the Second Temple as well as the Dead Sea Scrolls.

Drive to Bethlehem where we will see Rachel’s Tomb and the Church of the Nativity.

Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 8Tour End

You will be transferred to the airport or your final departure according to your personal itinerary, or extend your tour to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and/or Egypt.
