Start the day with a panoramic view of Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives and visit the Garden of Gethsemane and Church of the Agony.

Next stop is at the Israel Museum, where we will see a detailed model of Jerusalem from the time of the Second Temple as well as the Dead Sea Scrolls. From here we will travel to the Yad Vashem, a museum commemorating the victims of the Holocaust.

Afterwards, we will stop at EinKarem, a beautiful village on the outskirts of Jerusalem. According to tradition, John the Baptist was born here. Overnight in Jerusalem.

We will visit the Old City and discover the Western Wall and the Temple Mount. We will take a traditional walk on the Way of the Cross, the Via Dolorosa, towards the Calvary and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

Continue to Mount Zion, where we will visit the traditional tomb of King David and the room of the Last Supper.

Drive to Bethlehem where we will see Shepherd’s Field and the Church of the Nativity.

Overnight in Jerusalem.

Depart Jerusalem and head north via Jericho, the oldest city in the world. Drive through the Jordan Valley to Beit Shean and visit the beautifully preserved Roman City destroyed by an earthquake.

Proceed to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation and the carpentry workshop of Joseph.

Continue on to Safed, the city of the Kabbalah, for a walk through the mystic alleys and the artists’ colony.

Overnight in a Kibbutz hotel.

Drive to the Golan Heights. We will visit former Syrian fortifications and Druze villages. Travel via Banias to the shores of the Sea of Galilee and Capernaum. Visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue and Peter’s house.

Next we will visit Tabgha, the site of Christ’s miracle feeding of the 5,000. Drive to the Mount of Beatitudes, which overlooks the Sea where Jesus preached the “Sermon on the Mount.”

From here, you will continue on to Tiberias for a short tour. Overnight in a Kibbutz hotel.

Begin the day in Acre and visit the renowned Crusader stronghold and medieval fortifications.

Continue to Haifa, where we will see the Baha’i Shrine, Persian Garden, and get a panoramic view of the city from Mount Carmel.

Next we will stop at Caesarea to visit the Roman Theater and Crusader fortress.

Continue to Tel Aviv-Jaffa for a short city tour.

Overnight in Tel Aviv.

Day at leisure in Tel Aviv, or an optional tour to Masada and The Dead Sea. Overnight in Tel Aviv.

You will be transferred to the airport or your final departure according to your personal itinerary, or extend your tour to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and/or Egypt.
